Loki looked in Harry's direction for a few seconds as he thought about what he would do.

'Should I cut through the jungle?'

'What if there are Krum's 'teammates' waiting in the forest to get a jump on the others?'

'But Harry would've probably been able to handle it if it was just one or two people there…so there's probably a lot of people there…'

'I guess I should cut through if it'll be an enemy, their range of vision should be short enough for me to be able to outfight them because they're in my jungle.'

With his destination set, Loki began to rush through the jungle as he dashed towards the bottom lane from the top side.

Quite soon, as Loki ran into his side of the map, his vision cleared and he could see slightly further into the dense and dark jungle that surrounded him.

As Loki ran he became frustrated by his robes.

"Doesn't this thing make me a target? Why is it so bright and shiny!?"

Walking by the thick dense foliage, Loki spotted several nests of various monsters in the distance but didn't engage with them.

'Fleur is going to fight them huh…'

'I wonder how she'll get them…'

'Would one be able to kite them to use them to take down the enemy team?'

'I doubt they're stupid enough that they can't jump though…some of them seem powerful enough to cover any distance from which I can attack in a single jump?'

'But if they're 'realistic' wouldn't they be more territori-'

*RRRROOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRR*

Loki's heart nearly stopped when he found Fleur in the distance as she ran around a tree to kite a large 'cat'. It was the size of a truck.

'That's a freaking Zouwu!!!!'

'The hell do they expect us to defeat that monstrosity!?'

'And what is Fleur even doing engaging with it!?'

'Did she go in with the mantra of you only live once or something?!'

Just as the large lion-like cat was about to destroy the entire tree by knocking it over with its large strong paws and snapping its jaws around Fleur, Loki appeared between them.

Yet the Zouwu's eyes followed not Loki who had suddenly entered its vision, but the large shiny disco ball at the end of his wand.

"That's it, buddy. Look at this…ain't it interesting?"

*Shimmer* *Jingle* *Shimmer* *Jingle*

The Zouwu's eyes dilated as Loki thanked 'Adam' in his head.

'God bless you old fool! Thanks for making them realistic!'

Loki's lips trembled as he looked at the world-ending cat in front of him acting like a silly orange cat as he waved his wand and by extension the disco ball on it from left to right slowly.

*Urrruuwwwweewwoooo*

The big cat purred and Loki slowly pulled his hand back before he was going to toss the ball away.

"Thanks for saving me Loki." Fleur whispered as she saw Loki distract the Zouwu. "It was very hard to take down zhe cat."

Loki said nothing, partly due to not wanting to disturb the Zouwu, but partly also because he was starting to catch onto what was going on.

'Fleur…she didn't look tired. Not at all.'

'It hasn't been long since she started to fight the Zouwu.'

'Which means she came across the cat only after Harry shot up his flare?'

'So she messed with this big guy instead of moving towards Harry?'

'Did she think that I was going to save him anyway?'

That's when he heard a soft *woosh* that alerted him immediately.

'Fleur's moving so suddenly?'

'Why?'

'Is she scared of the Zouwu?'

'No. From the sound that I heard she's moving towards me.'

'Then she wants to distract me from taming the Zouwu?'

'But why?'

'Wasn't she on the blue team?'

'Or is it as I feared and she intentionally used transfiguration to copy our robes?'

'So all this was a trap?'

'Did she think I'd fall for her charm?'

'....'

Loki didn't have eyes on the back of his head, but observing his surroundings he was able to quickly determine that Fleur was about to cast a silent spell.

'How do I escape from this spot…'

'Bagman could apparate, so we can do that?'

Loki's eyes sharpened and before Fleur could do anything his figure twisted into a point as he apparated away from the spot.

The disco ball on his wand dropped and Fleur's spell smashed through it, waking up the Zouwu who had until just recently been entranced by it.

Loki watched Fleur instantly panic and since he was a little distance away he was out of her sight while still being able to see her because there was no fog around him from his point of view.

*Grrrrrr*

The Zouwu growled again. Its teeth showed as it bent low towards Fleur who was frozen stiff.

"I'm sorry for zthat Loki!!! It was by mistake!! I wanted to take down zthe Zouwu!!! Not you!!!" Fleur said while keeping her eyes on the angry large cat.

Loki only frowned but did not speak.

Fleur quickly made distance from the angry Zouwu, and then in a surprising turn of events looked directly at Loki, as if she could see him even though if she was on the other team her vision should have been restricted by a thick fog.

'She can see me?'

"Help me Loki!!!"

Loki shook his head immediately.

"I'm sorry Fleur! I need to go and help Harry! You saw me apparate right? Just find an opportunity to apparate to our nexus!!"

Loki watched Fleur's eyes widen slightly before she quickly nodded and apparated away to a spot out of Loki's sight with almost no lingering *pop*.

'So she was from the red team all along…?'

'But how did she see me through the fog in the jungle?'

'An item she got from killing animals on our side?'

'How interesting…'

'Did the selection happen automatically for her?'

'Only two champions can be on a team and since Harry and I chose the blue teams she was automatically assigned to the red one to balance the teams?'

'How clever of her to disguise her robes…'

Looking at the bright flare light that was still hanging in the sky, Loki began to rush towards the bottom lane once again.

As Loki rushed through he spotted several creatures that he could recognise, a Demiguise, a Cerberus, a horde of Unicorns and an Ocamy.

'But there aren't any smaller animals…'

'So Fleur did kill them all in such a short amount of time.'

'This really feels like a jungle though.'

'But would any realistic jungle have such unrealistic variety?'

Arriving at the bottom lane after a few minutes, Loki found Harry battling Krum along with a few mostly 'demonic' animals.

There was a Ghoul that kept attempting to engage Harry in a physical fight while Krum pressured him by casting chain spells.

A hoard of Nogtails, a piglet like little critter, swarmed around Harry while trying to attack him at the same time and make him lose his footing so that they could enjoy his flesh.

As soon as Loki saw it all, he first pointed his wand towards Krum.

'Expelliarmus!'

Loki cast the spell silently, causing a zap of red flash to leave his wand and head towards Krum.

The sound that the spell made as it *whizzed* towards him warned Krum of the attack and allowed him to dodge it at just the last second.

As soon as Krum realised that Harry had gotten reinforcements he apparated away.

The demons he left behind turned clueless for a second before they all rushed away in different directions without their leader.

Loki took note of this behaviour for later use.
