Raditz had left, and it was expected that he would be difficult to contact for a long time. After all, Jiang Chen would only remain on Planet Vegeta for another year before leaving, and the chances of Raditz returning within that year to complete his mission were slim.

Even over the next two years, the probability wouldn't be that high.

After all, Vegeta, Raditz, and Nappa had survived the destruction of Planet Vegeta this time.

Time quietly slipped away but training alone was monotonous.

In the blink of an eye, three months had passed.

During these three months, Jiang Chen had immersed himself completely in his training.

Whether it was the result of prolonged training or his natural Saiyan potential, in just three months, his Battle Power increased from over 600 to nearly 800.

The target of 1,000 was getting closer.

However, at this moment, Jiang Chen could also clearly feel that the atmosphere was beginning to shift in a strange direction.

First, the Saiyans at the logistics center began to rise in power.

Second, the general mood on Planet Vegeta itself seemed to be subtly off.

"Boom!"

A Ki blast suddenly exploded in the distance, and the tremendous power radiated outward.

Jiang Chen couldn't help but pant heavily.

"BeepBeep!"

"853 points."

"Only an increase of 63 points?"

Jiang Chen muttered to himself, shaking his head.

In his memory, the 'Ka Me Ha Me Ha' could easily raise one's Battle Power by several levels, not to mention the Special Beam Cannon. Compared to those, his Ki blast's increase was almost negligible.

But this was normal.

Generally speaking, most aliens could only unleash as much Battle Power as they had within them, and they might not even be able to use their full potential.

Earth and Namek were exceptional cases.

Especially Earth.

As a planet with low Battle Power, they had maximized their abilities to achieve that kind of result.

It was almost impossible for other places to reach such a level.

"It's time to take action."

Muttering to himself, Jiang Chen glanced at the sky.

His figure then soared into the air, heading toward the logistics center.

A quarter of an hour later, his figure landed at the logistics center.

Soon, he found Phil.

Years had passed, and Phil had grown to become a middle-level supervisor by now.

"Aspara!"

Phil was surprised to see Jiang Chen and hurried over.

"Phil, I'm planning to apply as a combat personnel. Can you help me handle it?" Jiang Chen paused for a moment before speaking.

"Combat personnel?"

Phil was even more surprised. Given that Jiang Chen had been in logistics because of Bardock, he had done nothing for an entire year. He never expected that Jiang Chen would suddenly apply to become a combat personnel now.

"Yes, I just need to switch roles. It shouldn't be an issue." Jiang Chen nodded and explained further.

"That's not a problem, but you will need to submit an application. It should be done within three days. However, Aspara, are you sure? Combat personnel are required to complete a mission every three years." Phil nodded, then spoke with some hesitation.

"I'm sure. Phil, don't forget, I'm still a Saiyan!" Jiang Chen smiled and spoke softly.

"Right, I almost forgot."

"Alright, I'll take care of it for you right away."

Phil slapped his forehead with a smile and nodded.

"Thanks!" Jiang Chen nodded to express his gratitude.

"No need to thank me. I'll go take care of it. You just need to wait for the news. It should be done soon." Phil spoke with a smile.

Jiang Chen had Phil handle the registration, and then his figure returned home.

Next, it was just a matter of waiting.

As expected, the application for Combat personnel was easy.

By the next day, the application had been completed.

Jiang Chen's status was officially changed from logistics personnel to Combat personnel.

Of course, although his status had changed, his daily life remained the same.

He still continued with his daily training without any changes.

The only difference was that he now had an option to check missions.

As Combat personnel, every three years, they were required to undertake a mission, unless they died.

And as the top enforcer of Frieza's army, and a real estate mogul, the only type of mission for a Saiyan was planet conquest.

Though Jiang Chen had planned to find some random planet to leave, he still wanted to choose a suitable one— at least a planet that met his criteria halfway.

And so, in this search, time quietly passed again.

In the blink of an eye, another three months had gone by.

In these three months, his Battle Power officially broke through the 1,000 mark.

At this point, if his Battle Power were to be revealed, it would cause quite a stir among the Saiyans. After all, Jiang Chen was still under nine years old.

At nine years old, having a Battle Power above 1,000 was extremely close to King Vegeta's son's power, surpassing nearly all the Saiyans.

Of course, due to his increasing mastery of Ki and gravity, although Jiang Chen still couldn't perfectly conceal his Ki like on Earth, he was able to suppress it to a degree. Currently, his displayed Battle Power was still only around 70 to 80 points, not too much more.

So, no one had noticed.

"The missions seem to be getting fewer and fewer."

"Is it about to begin?"

Jiang Chen muttered, looking at the rows of missions at the logistics center, and he fell into deep thought.

"Yes, I don't know what's going on, but it does seem like the missions have been decreasing these past few months."

Seemingly hearing Jiang Chen's murmur, Phil nodded, then spoke with a surprised tone.

"These past three months?"

Jiang Chen paused, looking at Phil.

"Yes, it's been in these three months."

"What's going on?"

Hearing Jiang Chen's question, Phil subconsciously responded, his expression filled with confusion.

"It's nothing, Phil. Can you help me with the registration? Let's go with that Nirma planet!"

Jiang Chen shook his head and spoke softly.

"Okay, I'll handle it right away."

Phil didn't press further and nodded.

He quickly went to take care of the task.

A moment later, Phil had finished processing everything.

"Aspara's registration is complete. You can depart at any time within the next three months."

"I also checked, it's just a low-level planet, and it's one of the weaker low-level planets. Taking care of it won't be much trouble." Phil spoke with a smile.

"Thanks!"

"Phil, I remember you're from the Phirinelya people, right?"

Jiang Chen's mind suddenly stirred, and he seemed to think of something, asking.

"Yes, that's right. What's the matter?"

Phil responded in surprise.

"I heard from Bardock Oji San that Phirinelya Star seems to have encountered a significant issue. There was an invasion. Though it was repelled, the losses were considerable. If you have time, you should go back and take a look."

Jiang Chen spoke hesitantly.

"Phirinelya Star was invaded?"

Phil's eyes widened, and he appeared somewhat flustered.

"Yes, I'm not sure of the details, but you do have a three-year break, so this would be the perfect time for you to go back."

Jiang Chen shook his head, speaking softly.

"Alright, I'll go. Thank you."

Phil hurriedly expressed his thanks.
