Naruto-Start by eating the golden fruit

"Dingle bell bell bell bell."

A white arm stretched out from under the quilt and clicked the switch on the alarm clock.

"Tsunade~ It's time to get up and eat~," her mother's voice called from outside.

A head with light yellow hair poked out from beneath the quilt. Tsunade responded vaguely, then wrapped herself back up and turned over to continue sleeping.

"Squeak."

To promote from genin to chunin, one could earn contributions through tasks or perform well in the Chunin exam. If three jounin examiners agreed, a genin could be directly promoted. Theoretically, one could become a chunin in their first year as a genin, but promoting from chunin to jounin was more complicated.

The previous instances of Kakashi and Uchiha Itachi being promoted to jounin quickly were no longer possible.

Military ranks included Lieutenant, Colonel, and General, with only those holding a rank having the authority to command other ninja armies. The Hokage held the position of marshal.

Promotion in military ranks was challenging, requiring at least half a year of military camp service, intense daily training, and strict adherence to orders. Ninjas in the camp obeyed only the Hokage's orders.

Before Yuya became Hokage, many initiatives were impossible. Now, he had the freedom to implement changes, such as restructuring the Ninja Army. With Senju Tobirama now directing a research institute, Yuya had more autonomy.

However, Yuya's actions needed to align with Konoha's interests. The military restructuring undoubtedly benefited Konoha. Yuya utilized training methods from his previous life to form an army of over 1,500, primarily civilian ninjas, showcasing what true training entailed.

Orders and prohibitions were just the basics. Advanced tactics, like 131 formations, triangle attack formations, ten-man squads, and battalion training, were the core. As for the chakra cannon, it was prioritized for Yuya's personal guards.

Senju Tobirama had no objections, as long as Konoha remained stable and progressed. With Yuya's newfound freedom, Konoha had broken free from constraints, entering an era of rapid advancement.

Starting with Konoha's next generation was crucial. When Tsunade and the other young ninjas entered the Hokage's office building and saw Yuya smiling at them from the stairs, even the usually composed Orochimaru felt a rush of excitement.

What Yuya offered them was the opportunity to be among the first genin promoted to chunin. This achievement would undoubtedly be recorded in history...
