The Thunderbird—Formed entirely of lightning, seemed to possess a life of its own. It emitted a deafening shriek. Blue electric currents flickered intensely on its body. Its outstretched wings, like sharp blades of lightning, sliced through all the clouds and mist in its path.

"BOOOOOOOOOMMMM!!!"

Arthur directed the Thunderbird to crash into the White-White Sea. Instantly, mist filled the air, and water splashed everywhere—An unknown amount of water was vaporized by the lightning. The destructive power far surpassed that of his first casual lightning ball.

Even though he had anticipated it, Arthur was still shocked by the terrifying power.

"It's a Cheat-like ability—How did Enel develop it to the point where Luffy could defeat him?"

He couldn't understand it—no matter how much he thought about it. Maybe he would only find the answer when Luffy set sail over twenty years from now.

The large hole beneath his feet, created by the Thunderbird, was still shocking Arthur's senses.
