As soon as he had taken off the final garment from his lover, the young man gazed at her body with tenderness.

"I love you, Chloe," Ethan said as he moved to kiss her lips.

He was siphoning the powers of the world and using it to help heal Chloe's soul.

A warm and refreshing feeling washed over Chloe's body, making it heat up due to the life force that was being passed directly inside her body.

The numbness she was feeling was still there, but she no longer felt as helpless as she did when she regained consciousness.

Several hours later, she once again closed her eyes to sleep.

Ethan kissed her cheek one last time before glancing in the direction of her lower abdomen, where a light faintly shone.

The young man already knew what it represented, so he closed his eyes to hug his lover and drifted to sleep.

Few more days passed as the two lovers spent their day making memorable memories with each other.

This was the first time in a while when Chloe had complete monopoly on Ethan, and she did something that she normally wouldn't have done back in the academy.

"You want me to spoil you?" Ethan asked in a teasing tone before lightly squeezing Chloe's backside, which made the young lady pout.

"But I didn't get injured in that place," Chloe protested.

"Nonsense," Ethan replied. "There might be some hidden injuries here that I didn't notice earlier. I'm just making sure that I got all the bases covered."

"Fine," Ethan chuckled before planting a kiss on his lover's forehead.

Her face was already beet-red, and it seemed that her backside was one of her weaknesses, which Ethan made sure to take note of.

"How many kids would you like to have in the future?" Ethan asked out of curiosity.

"Two is fine," Chloe replied. "But, we can have one more if the family doesn't grow too big."

The young lady knew that Ethan was going to have many wives, and she believed it would be very easy for her and her sisters to have more than one child.

"The only thing I can do is prevent him from descending on this realm completely. Aside from that, there is nothing else that I can do."

"Then, what do you think happened?" Chloe inquired.

"Maybe he was doing something very important and couldn't afford to go come here to reclaim his territory," Ethan answered. "That's the only reason I can think of as to why he still hasn't made his appearance."

Ethan and Chloe weren't aware that as soon as Ethan had started to assimilate the authority of the world, Arkanthos already felt it and hurried to their location.

If not for the fact that he got himself entangled with James and the Half-Elf, who had given him a traumatic experience, he might have still considered going all out to reclaim the Realm of Arkanthos.

Unfortunately, the Half-Elf's presence intimidated Zorathul, and the Gargoyle Progenitor was forced to return to his Headquarters, feeling aggrieved that his connection to the Realm where he was born had been cut off forever.
