Chapter 1210: Victory
-----
Agonitias died, as his very being, his body and even his core, were completely turned into ashes by the power of Braveblitz and the combined efforts of Blake and his Spirits. Using the head of Braveblitz alone, they created an even mightier guardian through the combination of all their mechs, something unprecedented within all of history.
Emilia, Hermes, and Patrick glanced at the scene from afar, fighting alongside the rest of the pilots as they were surrounded by thousands of smaller Xenoids that Agonitias had summoned from his body, dividing them from his flesh and bones.
"T-That's…! Blake, right?!"
"What the hell happened?! Agonitias, that thing, it really died?!"
"It was enormous though, but it perished!"
They all celebrated, even though they were rapidly being overwhelmed by the Xenoids, coming from every damn angle. Not only the Brutes were serving as mighty shields, but various Mimics were mixed in the crowds, taking over the destroyed pilots' machine warriors and using the technology of the humans against them.

Blake glanced at the cosmos and then the remains of Agonitias after making sure he died. He still felt melancholic and euphoric about everything that had happened. That power he felt flowing through him, which allowed even Braveblitz's head to evolve and transform into something new.
Something that the Neutonium Mother Core could only call…
"An Electromagnetic Reverse-Motion Physic Catalyzer."
"What?"
Blake could hardly understand what she meant though.
"Or well, you've created another miracle, through your connection with Braveblitz, the robot with a soul, he had been merged with your Neutonium Core, and the two of you temporarily became one."
"So he's still alive?"
"I don't know if the concept of life and death works properly with us, Braveblitz is a being that I am still trying to decipher myself, but he's certainly a derivative evolutionary stage of my own kin."
"I could feel him within my heart, and I ended talking a bunch of… stupid things. But that really inspired me for some reason. Was that him speaking?"
"Most likely, in that moment, the two of you merged. Your body had changed after all, becoming like that of a cyborg after the incident that gave birth to Braveblitz, in a way, he's like a part of you now."
"I see… But his voice…?"
"I don't know why he vanished now… He might truly be dead now, or maybe not… We'll have to find out later though. I believe there's other things you should take care of right now, Hero."
"Hero, huh?"
Blake recalled the words of his grandmother when he was but an infant, that she called him a "Hero".
Back then he believed these things were just frivolities, that they held no true meaning, and that heroes didn't really exist.
But right now, as he fought, experienced many new things, made friends, and met someone like Braveblitz, he slowly began to realize and learn about the appeal of a hero.
To burn hope into people's hearts, to break through the endless despair of sorrow and lost…
Someone that can embody these things and illuminate the lives of those already deep within the darkness of hopelessness.
Blake had always been a man of few words, he didn't like speaking or talking nonsense, but some of this nonsense, he had to admit, was very contagious.
"I want to believe he's alive," said Blake. "Even if he isn't, I'll believe he's alive, inside of my heart. And that is… enough for me."
His spirits heard Blake's words, most remained in silence, but began to talk after they realized the Xenoid swarm had yet to be fully eliminated.
Most of Blake's summons had already perished after being completely swarmed, so the pilots were losing rapidly.
"Blake, we have to go help them!" said Eleanora.
"Papa, let's hurry!" Saphira said.
"Yeah, I know," nodded Blake. "Let's end this. Full Power!"
RUMBLE!
The massive mechanical giant overflowed with a tremendously powerful multi-elemental aura, encompassing its body with an armor made of golden flames, the gigantic Braveblitz reached the swarm of Xenoids in an instant.
"It seems that despite your leader being dead, you keep attacking relentlessly, fools."
With words full of anger against these damned aliens, Blake summoned the mighty sword once more, swinging it horizontally and vertically as he flew across the space.
"{Blazing Brave Golden Sword of Victory: Neucaliburn}!"
SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!
An endless barrage, a storm of slashing waves of golden flames engulfed all the Xenoids around him at once, as he moved rapidly around their gigantic swarm!
The slashing blows slashed them apart into slices and then the flames rapidly burned each one of them into ashes. Despite there being no oxygen for flames to subsist in space, these flames were supernatural in nature.
"Gryyaaeerrghh!"
"Where's Agonitias?!"
"He's dead?!"
"No… No way!"
The Xenoids screamed in agony as they were turned into ashes by the hundreds, Braveblitz rapidly clearing their numbers in a matter of seconds.
As the pilots despaired, the giant metallic hero emerged from the cosmos, slaying all aliens on his wake, and leaving nothing but ashes behind.
"Stop right there…!"
"Don't think you can do as you pleaseeee!"
"We will avenge Lord Agoniitias!"
The last dozens of Titans Xenoids appeared in front of Braveblitz, rushing towards him to fight him! They weren't a few or a handful, but a dozen of them.
They alone were enough to destroy an entire planet…
And yet.
"Disappear from my sight."
The golden sword overflowed with flames, enough to split a moon apart, and then he swung the sword horizontally while spinning.
The result?
SLAAAASH!
A massive spinning slashing attack cut through all the Titan Xenoids at the same time, leaving them into two halves that then exploded by the flames.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
Emilia, Patrick, and Hermes glanced the scene with shock and awe, as Braveblitz saved everyone from their impending doom.
"We're done here," Blake voice reverberated from the giant. "Let's go back to the mothership, hurry!"
He guided the entire fleet of pilots that had survived, there were some loses, but over ninety percent survived the tremendous war.
And like this, the battle of the fifth day came to an end.
Once the day comes to an end, two days will remain of this trial, and Blake had already experienced many things, too many perhaps.
And things were only going to get more dangerous in these last two days.
"I have to secure the third fragment of her soul tonight, no matter what."
