"This skill allows me to create Six Paths-level bloodlines, including doujutsu.

However, the premise is high energy consumption of an equivalent source, such as Six Paths-level chakra in both quality and quantity.

My chakra hasn't reached that level yet. Well, I can still create chakra-based bloodlines and some lower-powered bloodlines, but that's for later."

Next, he examined the dimension-traveling skill. After receiving its details, he nodded again.

"This skill allows me to travel dimensions, but only within this universe. I see now. The skills are granted according to my current level of strength.

I'm just a Six Paths or planet-level being, so I can't receive overly powerful skills—except for Raphael, that is. Well then, this is enough for now."

Meanwhile, in the Suna camp, Chiyo sat in her tent, contemplating how to rescue the Kazekage.

A figure flickered in her shadow as Hiruzen deliberately lowered his presence to be sensed.

Chiyo immediately became alert, flickering to one side of the tent. "Who is there?" she demanded.

Hiruzen, still within her shadow, created a black rod and drove it into her body.

"Spurt!"

Chiyo coughed out blood. Hiruzen placed a hand on her head and activated a mind-reading technique derived from the Yamanaka Clan.

He extracted all the information regarding her "One Life Reincarnation Jutsu."

After gaining the information, he deliberately deleted her memory of the encounter, removed the chakra rod, and healed her using medical ninjutsu. Then, his clone disappeared.

Chiyo, now lying on her bed, suddenly leapt up but, seeing nothing amiss, quieted down and resumed her thoughts.

Back in the training cave, the clone arrived and handed over the acquired technique to Hiruzen.

Opening the scroll, Hiruzen quickly learned the jutsu.

"It's incredible," he said. "This level of comprehension… I learned a forbidden art at a glance!"

He continued, "Now that I've acquired both the One Life Reincarnation and Reanimation Jutsu, I should be able to create a new forbidden jutsu for reincarnating someone.

If the body is damaged or rejected, we can use the Creation of All Things technique to create a new body for them."

Hiruzen called out to his clones, "Did you create the technique?"

One of the clones replied, "Yes, the Creation of All Things technique is complete. After you combine the Reanimation and One Life Reincarnation Jutsu, you should be able to revive someone."

Hiruzen nodded. "Well then, heal her body to its peak condition. I will handle the reincarnation."

He began working on a new jutsu but was interrupted by Raphael's voice.

"World knowledge acquired, I have acquired all the knowledge of this world. My acquisition now extends towards the universe.

I can assist you in creating the skill and running simulations. Should I organize your skills, Master?"

Hiruzen replied, "Yes, let's start with that."

Hiruzen said, "Let's begin."

Now, in Reanimation, the summoned being could perform at full strength while remaining under control.

A coffin emerged from the ground, made of pink crystal and white ice.

Encased within was a woman with red hair and a crystalline face, surrounded by woven space and time seals.

The sealing formation reverted as the lid opened, and the body, suspended in space, floated before them.

Hiruzen stepped forward, he caressed her cheeks and muttered, "Riasu..." while tears flickered in his eyes.
