Naruto: You Call This A Medical Ninja?

Keji, who had once believed he controlled the evil god's power, now wore an expression of pure panic. Bit by bit, the energy within his body was being siphoned by the evil god. Even the natural energy he had sealed within himself as a safeguard was being devoured.

"No! You can't do this!" Keji shouted, his voice trembling. "I am your master! I am destined to become the evil god!"

Keji's desperation grew as he tried to assert dominance. "You're just a beast! Without me, you're nothing! If I hadn't given you human blood, you'd have been a lifeless husk!"

But his pleas fell on deaf ears.

"Why? Why resist now, of all times? When I'm so close to—"

"Pfft!"

Before Keji could finish, the evil god raised a massive claw and swung it down. In an instant, Keji's body exploded, releasing a torrent of terrifying natural energy. The sheer force of it rippled through the air.

Reiki's eyes widened as he felt the energy emanating from the explosion.

"Sister Gu Jia, was this guy... an inheritor of time and space?" Reiki asked, his voice laced with disbelief. The energy Keji exuded was unmistakably tied to the natural energy of time and space.

Gu Jia nodded solemnly. "Yes. From the start, I suspected it. Those spikes we encountered earlier utilized abilities connected to time and space. But I didn't want to believe it. After all, it's been over 300 years since the last inheritor."

She hesitated, her expression clouded. "And yet, here he is, entangled with Lord Buxie. In our previous battles, I confirmed his identity... He was once a bright, determined youth who trained with us in the valleys of the Sage Land."

Her voice softened. "But those days are long gone. What remains is only a fragment of the person he once was."

Reiki exhaled sharply, his nerves taut. "This is bad. Keji alone was already a problem, but now the evil god has fully awakened… and even repaired his imperfections."

Gu Jia's voice carried a note of reassurance. "Don't lose hope. Lord Buxie, while formidable, is far from his prime. His strength once rivaled the Immortal, but he is severely weakened now. This is our chance."

Gu Jia's determination mirrored Reiki's own. Though standing before an incomprehensible force, she felt her will strengthen, bolstered by Reiki's resolve. The unyielding spirit Reiki exuded as he prepared for battle infected her like a potent elixir.

Reiki extended his hand toward Gu Jia. "Sister Gu Jia, are you ready? We can't let him gather more power."

Gu Jia hesitated for only a moment before taking his hand. Reiki's confident smile melted her doubts away.

"Let's do this!" Gu Jia affirmed.

With that, Reiki's chakra surged, his magical and senjutsu energies blending seamlessly. His shadow clone from the time-space dimension was released, replenishing his reserves. Gu Jia's golden dragon form once again coiled around Reiki's arm, empowering him.

"ROOM!"

Reiki activated his Surgical Fruit ability, teleporting directly in front of Buxie. His long blade swung out in a powerful arc, aiming to strike.

However, black energy mist surged forth, blocking the attack. Without hesitation, Reiki abandoned his blade, forming twin chakra blades with his hands and piercing through the mist with Gu Jia's dragon claws.

"Second Sister Al, Spear of Destruction!" Reiki shouted.

A green-gold spear materialized in his hand, its aura emanating destructive energy so potent it warped the surrounding space. With a swift motion, he thrust the spear forward.

"Pfft!"

The spear pierced through Buxie's defenses, embedding itself deep into his form. Destructive energy spread rapidly from the wound, turning parts of Buxie's body into gray ash that crumbled away like powder.

Buxie chuckled darkly, his voice booming. "Impressive, boy. To think you could wound me like this. But..."

He raised his hand, his aura surging. "If this is your best, it won't be enough. Time: Rewind!"

With a simple gesture, the damage Reiki inflicted began to reverse. The crumbled parts of Buxie's body reformed as if nothing had happened.

Gu Jia gasped. "He's reversing time! His mastery of time-space abilities is far beyond mine or Chodori's."

Reiki clenched his fists. "So he's using time manipulation to undo my attacks… We'll see about that."

He pulled out a card from his pouch, its edges shimmering with faint chakra. "Experience Card: Mangekyō Sharingan!"

Though temporary, the card granted him access to the ultimate eye techniques of the Uchiha clan. Each Mangekyō Sharingan possessed unique abilities, and Reiki's chosen ability was one of immense potency—The Time-Piercing Sword.

Gu Jia's transformed dragon claw shifted into a long blade, imbued with piercing energy. Reiki gripped it tightly in his left hand, his Mangekyō Sharingan glowing.

With precision, Reiki slashed through the air.

"Pfft!"

The Time-Piercing Sword struck true, severing not just the present wound on Buxie's body but also wounds from a chosen point in the past. Blood sprayed from the massive gash, which now extended deeper than before. The wound grew larger, as if tearing through layers of time.

Buxie's expression shifted to one of mild irritation. "You've managed to harm me again, boy. You truly are resourceful. But this ability... It cannot save you."

Reiki steadied his breath. "We'll see about that. If I can cut through time, I can cut through you!"

The battle intensified as Reiki pushed his abilities to their limits. Despite Buxie's overwhelming presence and time-manipulation powers, Reiki's unrelenting spirit burned bright. With Gu Jia by his side and his newfound strength, he faced the evil god head-on.

The ultimate clash of belief and time had begun. Could Reiki's determination stand against the near-omnipotence of Buxie? Or would the evil god rewrite destiny itself?

The fate of the Sage Land—and Reiki's world—hung in the balance.
