Starsea Fleet: Age of the Lord

Chapter 221: Chapter 221: The Invincible Fleet

Just as Feng Mo's command echoed, both fleets entered each other's radar detection range. At the same time, 10,000 T5 tracking missiles appeared above the Frostsnow Alliance's three fleets. The missiles passed through an interstellar warp gate, precisely transported to the position above the enemy ships. Instantly, the T5 timed tracking missiles split into 30,000 interstellar missiles, each locking onto a designated target.

With targets acquired, the tracking missiles detonated, fireballs illuminating the entire cosmic expanse. Following close behind were 3,000 starfighters, over a thousand of which launched laser volleys, weaving a net of light that blanketed the enemy fleet.

Interstellar bombers released waves of missiles, and self-destruct drones dove into the enemy's T5 starships, exploding on impact.

Even though the three T5 fleets were prepared, with shields powered to maximum and interceptors firing intensely, it was impossible to block all the missiles.

Meanwhile, the Storm Fleet fully entered the enemy radar. The three top commanders, watching the radar feed, gasped as they spotted a massive metal sphere surrounded by the Storm Fleet, advancing toward their position.

"This… this is a Battle Planet! A T5 Battle Planet! So, the Storm Empire's big move was building this T5-level Battle Planet. It's over; the Frostsnow Alliance is finished!"

These T5 fleet commanders, among the Federation's most knowledgeable strategists, recognized the threat of a T5 Battle Planet. While the Federation itself had no Battle Planets, its archives held records of such terrifying weapons.

They understood all too well the invincibility of a T5 Battle Planet. Even a quasi-T6 warship couldn't stand against it. With their lower-cost, weaker defenses and weapons, they could only hope to scratch its surface. A single shot from the Battle Planet, however, could annihilate their flagship.

In those few seconds of stunned silence, the Storm Fleet, following Feng Mo's command, unleashed a colossal red beam from the main cannon of the Battle Planet, piercing through rows of T5 ships along its path. As the beam reached the lead enemy flagship, it had shrunk to half its initial size but still shattered the flagship's shield and pierced straight through.

This was the terrifying power of the Black Hole Star Destroyer Cannon. Following the red beam were brown beams and orange streaks from other Star Destroyer Cannons.

Then came blue beams from T5 neutron cannons and turbo lasers, forming a web that enveloped the enemy fleet.

Explosions continued to bloom like flowers, with spherical fireballs erupting from enemy ships. And as the final act of the assault, ten T5 Mystic Birds targeted the enemy's remaining T5 ships, launching waves of antimatter annihilation missiles and proton torpedoes.

Then, pinpointing the two remaining enemy flagships, they fired a salvo of a thousand neutron missiles, the straw that broke the camel's back.

"Strike when the iron is hot." Clearly, the Storm Fleet had mastered its attack sequence. Watching the dwindling red blips on his radar, Feng Mo was highly satisfied.

With ten stealth bombers, five missile ships, an interstellar warp ship, a Star Destroyer, and a Battle Planet, the Storm Fleet's firepower now outmatched any T5 or quasi-T6 fleet in the Federation—provided Feng Mo struck first.

The Battle Planet alone packed more than half of the Storm Fleet's total firepower. Excluding its 2,000 starfighters, it still carried a third-stage Star Destroyer Cannon, ten second-stage Star Destroyers, fifty neutron cannons, and five hundred laser cannons.

Such firepower meant that the Battle Planet alone could rival an entire standard T5 fleet. The key was to avoid being caught off guard.

But Feng Mo was unconcerned. With the warp ship, the Storm Fleet could initiate attacks without worry. As for possible counterattacks, he planned to mitigate those risks, especially after completing this mission and unlocking defensive tech from the Spark panel.

Facing this level of bombardment, the three fleet commanders quickly realized their fate was sealed. In their final moments, they transmitted all intel back to headquarters before heroically embracing their deaths. Their pride wouldn't allow them to surrender.

In a similar situation, Feng Mo knew he would make the same choice—to die with honor rather than yield.

With the battle over, the logistics fleet moved in to clean up. Feng Mo dispatched Kylan and the Storm God Fleet to guard Yunmeng, while the rest of the Storm Fleet advanced to the other two star systems of the Yunmeng Empire to eliminate remaining resistance.

In the Storm God's command room, Feng Mo uploaded footage of the battle to the interstellar network, attaching a single bold statement. With his immense popularity, Federation factions had analysts monitoring his feed around the clock, eager to dissect the Storm Fleet's vulnerabilities.

The video quickly racked up a trillion views, skyrocketing even further. Leaders of rival factions were left in awe as they watched the debut of the Battle Planet.

The video's closing message was Feng Mo's triumphant declaration: "The Storm Fleet has decimated three T5 fleets of the Frostsnow Alliance, capturing the three star systems of the Yunmeng Empire. Next target: Moonfrost Empire."

He added, "The Storm Empire seeks no conflict, but we never back down from war. I urge the Moonfrost Empire to surrender quickly and spare its citizens from needless suffering."

In the Moonfrost Empire's parliament, the atmosphere was chaotic as over twenty representatives engaged in heated debate. Two-thirds of them, led by the pro-peace faction, pushed for immediate negotiation and survival.

Their argument silenced the pro-war faction: on the other side was the Battle Planet. Moonfrost only had two remaining T5 fleets, one led by Yue Xiaomeng's uncle, who now sided with the pro-peace faction.

It was obvious to anyone paying attention—two T5 fleets stood no chance against the Storm Fleet and its Battle Planet. They couldn't withstand a single full salvo.

Pushing for battle would only lead to devastation. No matter how fervently the pro-war representatives argued, they couldn't compensate for the vast disparity in firepower.
